Kitten D'Amour are looking for an experienced cluster Manager to oversee one current location, but soon-to-be locations in Adelaide.

Full-time role, priority days Wednesday to Sunday or Tuesday to Saturday. One late-night shift every second week to view evening trading.

Base salary $70,000 with up to $12,000 a year in bonuses for reaching monthly targets.

Successful applicants will have:

2 years cluster/area supervisor experience or 4 years of retail management experience with desire to expand.

Experience with rostering, detecting foot traffic patterns and managing casual hours in the best interest of the company.

Experience providing feedback and direction to staff to reach shared goals and store standards.

Minimum 2 years of independent merchandising and stock rotation experience.

A confident and vibrant personality with a strong personal style.

Excellent brand knowledge or desire to learn.

Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to reach store goals and maintain brand standards.

Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and styling advice.

Have good availability, including weekends + available to work public holidays and traditionally busy holidays like Easter and Christmas.
