We are looking for skilled Floor Finisher’s to join our Team, this position will work across multiple locations including Perth Metro, North West and the South West.

To be considered for the position you must be competent in the following skills:

Duties and responsibilities:

Read and interpret design plans.

Ensure subfloor and surface is level, clean and dry.

Remove imperfections and smooth wood.

Measures surfaces, cut, prepare and install floor covering such as Carpet, wooden floors, vinyl, laminate.

Finish flooring such as sanding, staining, polishing, applying sealant, topcoat, or any other finishing techniques.

Install trim and/or molding.

Examine floors and remove excess glue after process.

Apply sealant using brushes or rollers, often applying multiple coats.

Tidy and remove excess materials, ensure floors are ready to use.

Adhere by safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills and experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Attention to detail

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
