We are seeking experienced Wall and Floor Tilers to join our growing team, either as valued employees or as subcontractors. This is an opportunity to be part of a professional, supportive business that consistently delivers outstanding results for our clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for completing wall and floor tiling works across a range of refurbishment and renovation projects, ensuring high standards of finish and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret plans, set out work areas, and prepare surfaces

Remove existing tiles, grout, and adhesives; repair and level surfaces as required

Apply waterproofing systems in accordance with Australian Standards (AS3958)

Cut, lay, and secure tiles with precision, ensuring alignment and spacing

Apply grout, seal, and polish finished surfaces

Carry out re-grouting, sealing, and tile repairs where required

Maintain a safe and organised work environment at all times

Liaise and collaborate with other trades to deliver high-quality project outcomes

Candidate Requirements

Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (or equivalent) OR minimum 3 years’ proven experience

Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and industry best practices

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting project deadlines

Reliable, professional, and positive attitude on site

Current White Card and Driver’s Licence

Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)

Own tools and transport (for subcontractors)
