A boutique, design-focused architecture studio with a reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality private residential projects is seeking a Project Architect for a short-term contract. Known for their considered approach to design, detailing, and client collaboration, this small but respected practice creates bespoke homes that balance creativity with constructability. With a busy period ahead, they are looking for an experienced Architect to support the delivery of documentation on residential projects over a 4-week contract.

Key Responsibilities

Produce clear, accurate documentation in Vectorworks in collaboration with the project team

Support the Director in coordinating project outcomes

Produce town planning and building permit packages

Prepare working drawings for residential projects up to $5M in value

Skills & Experience

Master of Architecture with a minimum of 5 years’ post-grad experience

Strong background in private residential projects

Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential

Immediate availability for a 4-week contract
