About you:

As part of a dynamic, hands-on team in a fast-paced supermarket environment, applicants should demonstrate:

Fresh food retail experience (preferred, not essential)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Understanding of ordering, cost control, and gross profit

Accurate and efficient rostering skills

A customer-first mindset with excellent service skills

Clear communication and the ability to work with team members and management

Strong merchandising skills and attention to detail

Ability to coach, train, and manage team performance

Commitment to work health and safety standards
