The successful applicant will lead our highly professional team based in Picton NSW.

Variety – every week is different. Our programs take place in many different locations including established outdoor education venues, National Parks, Central Australia and Vietnam. Programs run from 2 days up to 18 days.

A highly competitive remuneration package of $80,000 + per annum (before superannuation)

The role involves administration, client liaison, developing, planning and directing programs and adherence to and development of risk assessments and SOPs as well as overseeing staff.

Desirable Qualities:

Experience in organising and leading outdoor education programs (or similar).

Honesty and reliability.

Excellent time management, planning and communication skills.

The ability to work under pressure.

Initiative and resourcefulness.

Be dedicated to achieving the highest levels of safety and operational efficiency.

Knowledge of child safety standards and risk management in the outdoor education industry.

The ability to professionally engage with Head Teachers, Camp Co-Ordinator’s and School Principals.

Experience in managing a team of staff.

Ability to develop and maintain a healthy team environment.

Competency with office duties, computer literacy and experience with social media.

Flexible, fun loving, enthusiastic and hard working.

Current Working With Children Check Number (or ability to obtain).

Current First Aid qualifications (or ability to obtain).

This is a full time permanent position. The starting date is 19 January 2026.
