• ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS VIC, WA. WFH Hybrid
• 12 + 12 month contract (Baseline clearance required) 7.5 hour day

Our client, a Commonwealth Government organisation whose focus is to provide support to Australian's living with disability, are seeking the experience of a Senior Automation Test Engineer.

About the role - Senior Automation Test Engineer

Evaluate and recommend test automation technology selection and strategy (including framework selection and coding language).

Duties - Senior Automation Test Engineer

• Design and implement automation frameworks
• Set standards for writing test code and automation coding principles to be used across the team
• Support in-Sprint delivery of automated tests meeting acceptance criteria and enable Definition of Done

Skills / Experience - Senior Automation Test Engineer

Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Computing Science or Mathematics or another relevant technical field.

• Expert “hands-on” technical proficiency in the principles and practical application of automation testing, test frameworks, CI/CD, across a variety of tools
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of role autonomy and “can do” attitude
