EXPECTATIONS
Execute tasks with strong planning and time management to ensure the timely and orderly delivery of daily IT and administrative support duties. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and discretion in handling documentation and internal communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct IT related account management, including user access control, and permission updates in strict alignment with head office policies
Monitor and support branch network operations, ensuring reliable communication with head office and other branches.
Coordinate with IT specialists on periodic IT equipment and network inspections
Collaborate with other branches on system updates, equipment configuration, and the troubleshooting of banking systems and related software
Assist in daily administrative and IT tasks, including internal communication and coordination, meeting arrangements, staff support, transportation arrangements, and publicity efforts, as required
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required
Practical IT systems experience, including user support, access management, and basic troubleshooting.
Help desk experience is required to provide effective IT support and user assistance.
Experience in the operation and maintenance of network equipment; understanding of networking fundamentals.
Strong organisational skills and ability to execute tasks across departments efficiently. Ability to drive is a plus.
High level of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to follow established workflows and instructions accurately.
Good command of both English and Mandarin in written and verbal communication.
