The Opportunity

This is a hands-on delivery role at the centre of a business-critical ERP implementation. Working closely with consulting partners and internal stakeholders, you'll be responsible for driving progress across planning, execution, and adoption, ensuring the right people, data, and processes are in place to support go-live and beyond.

In a lean environment, you won’t just manage timelines, you’ll roll up your sleeves to help shape workflows, troubleshoot data issues, validate testing, and keep workstreams moving. From financials and inventory to production and order management, you'll help ensure the ERP system reflects how the business really works, and how it should scale.

What You'll Do

As the ERP Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a complex, high-impact NetSuite implementation across multiple international entities. Acting as the connective tissue between consultants and internal teams, you’ll bring clarity, momentum, and structure to a fast-moving program. You’ll balance hands-on problem-solving with high-level coordination, ensuring the system reflects the real needs of the business, from product design through to production and finance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with external consultants to deliver a successful multi-entity NetSuite rollout
• Acting as the internal anchor for the project, driving timelines, aligning stakeholders, and challenging assumptions
• Owning key project tasks including data mapping, template completion, UAT readiness, and end-to-end workflow testing
• Ensuring the accurate setup of product hierarchies and matrix SKUs in a complex apparel environment
• Bringing order to BOMs and SKU structures to support the full lifecycle from design to delivery
• Promoting clean processes, pragmatic trade-offs, and a solution-focused mindset throughout the project
• Being fully embedded on site, working closely with finance, operations, production, and advisors

What You'll Bring

You’re a systems-savvy operator who knows how to deliver in lean, fast-paced environments. With a background in ERP or complex systems implementation, you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on data and process as you are managing stakeholders and driving outcomes. You bring clarity to complexity and thrive when navigating the challenges of transformation.

• Proven experience delivering ERP or major system rollouts in retail, apparel, or manufacturing settings
• Hands-on capability with data mapping, process documentation, and template management, not just top-level governance
• A strong grasp of how SKUs, BOMs, and product variants are structured in high-SKU environments
• The ability to connect technical requirements with real-world workflows and operational needs
• The confidence to hold external consultants and internal teams accountable to timelines and outcomes
• Exposure to Shopify, NetSuite (bonus) and global tax or compliance frameworks
• A low-ego, detail-obsessed approach, and a genuine drive to get things done the right way
