We are currently looking for a friendly talented customer service professional to join our team to support our partners and end users.
The role will involve an extensive range of day to day tasks that will challenge and engage you on multiple levels.
Order fulfilment which includes the keying of all orders in our ERP system followed up by supporting the picking as necessary.
Working with warehouse team to ensure efficient and smooth dispatch of outgoings.
Other tasks include account management and customer support via email, processing supplier invoices.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
Experience with ERP systems or similar business software
Excellent written communication for email correspondence
Organized and ability to show initiative
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in customer service or client support roles
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with order processing or fulfilment preferred
Qualifications:
Year 12 completion or equivalent
Business administration or related qualification preferred
MYOB certification would be advantageous
Previous dental experience desirable
Work Eligibility:
Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
National Police Check required
Valid Australian driver's license preferred
