We are a state-of-the-art family owned and run holiday park located 12 kms south of Adelaide

CBD. We take great pride in the presentation of our holiday park and are looking for a talented hospitality person to join our team.

We are looking for an energetic, customer focussed, front office allrounder to join our team. If you are passionate about reception and all things coffee, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will work shifts across a 7-day roster. (approximately 25 hours per week). The premises open from 8am – 6.30pm. Availability during weekends and school holidays is a requirement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide outstanding customer service for guest arrival, departures and phone enquiries.

· Preparation and service of food and coffee (café is adjacent to reception)

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

· Passion for Guest Service and a desire to work in a Guest focused environment.

· RSA (essential) or willingness to obtain

· Food Handling Certificate and basic cooking skills – desired but not essential

· Experience with cash handling

· Coffee making skills and presentation – desired or training provided

· Great team player and be able to work autonomously

· Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

· Previous experience working in Reception.

· Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and organisational skills.
