The Opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, this role is designed for someone ready to take the next step toward a Project Engineer or Manager pathway. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to project coordination, budgets, schedules, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with project budgets, schedules, and coordination

Monitor risks, progress, and provide clear reporting

Collaborate with Engineering, Fabrication, and Fitout teams

Ensure accuracy of documentation and technical reviews

Contribute to innovation, safety, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

2+ years in project administration (electrical background preferred)

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or licensed Electrician (advantageous)

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Experience interpreting schematic and construction drawings
