About the Opportunity
As a Case Manager in our Intensive Housing Support Services program, you will provide intensive tenancy support to individuals and families transitioning into Territory Housing properties. You’ll work collaboratively with housing providers and community services to deliver holistic, wrap-around case management that helps clients sustain tenancies and avoid crisis or eviction.
What we are looking for:

• Qualifications in Human Services or Social Sciences and 2–3 years’ experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Strong knowledge of housing and homelessness systems, and local service networks.
• Experience in assertive outreach, assessment, and tenancy support.
• Prior experience or, at a minimum, demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.
