What you'll be doing:

Preparing, painting, and finishing components and assemblies to a high commercial/industrial standard.

Applying spray paint with accuracy to meet colour, consistency, and finish specifications.

Inspecting surfaces, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Maintaining and calibrating spray equipment and tools.

Supporting prototype and product development activities.

Contributing to process improvement and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.

What we're looking for:

Trade qualification or tertiary certification in Spray Painting.

Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive, industrial, defence, or commercial spray-painting environments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

Experience with Cerakote coatings.

Ability to obtain (or hold) Security Clearance.

Australian Citizenship.
