Magden Constructions is seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Estimator to become part of our expanding team. The business was established in 2011 and has enjoyed steady growth with many long-term clients. We provide a diverse range of fit-out and construction solutions spanning medical, office and commercial, fitness and residential.

Responsibilities include:

Assist in preparation and administration of project estimates and tenders ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Prepare take-offs, material and labour cost calculations

Assist in project scheduling

Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, trades & suppliers.

Manage and track tender documentation, drawings, and correspondence.

Project administrative support as required

What we are looking for:

Carpenter Trade background advantageous or relevant Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar (This role will also suite a candidate in their final years of education)

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

Proficient written and verbal skills

Genuine interest in construction

Australian work rights or valid work visa required for this position
