We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a full-time Lawyer to join our team that is looking to apply and develop their knowledge and skills within a wide range of areas within our practice.

Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in working in Commercial, Property and Conveyancing, with opportunities also available to work in other areas within our practice.

Applicants must possess an ability to develop and maintain high-quality professional relationships with clients, colleagues, judicial officers, and other professionals connected to our network.

Excellent written skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite are required. Time management skills are a must, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure being an essential part of successful practice.

Position

The position is for a lawyer with minimum one year of PAE.

The position will involve you working in the following matters:

Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.

Drafting and reviewing property contracts.

Manage property transactions on PEXA.

Intellectual Property.

Commercial litigation.

Preparing Wills.

Skills

A lawyer with minimum of one year of Post Admission Experience.

Working knowledge of LEAP legal software is preferred.

Good command of PEXA.
