. Th e Morning Star Hotel is a thriving local neighbourhood pub in the heart of Williamstown. Fully renovated and revamped to return to former glory, the venue includes a 70s style public bar, 60 seater restaurant, private dining room and 120 seater beergarden, where a casual and friendly service style meets an elevated food and beverage offering.

We are currently looking for friendly and enthusiastic professional FOH staff to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team as we head into our first full summers trade, while also creating friendships within your team and fostering great relationships within the local community.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

Previous experience in a similar role (junior/trainee positions also available)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
