Customer Service Representative - Join a Great Team!
Our client is looking for a Customer Service superstar to join their team!
About the Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for both domestic and commercial customers, helping with:
Phone and email enquiries
Orders, payments, and account questions
New customer setups and site compliance advice
Processing deliveries and updating records
Managing customer accounts and invoicing
Supporting stock control, cylinder tracking, and admin tasks
Working closely with drivers, agents, and the wider team
What We're Looking For:
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Strong admin experience and attention to detail
A team player with a positive attitude
Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
Able to handle change and juggle multiple tasks
Comfortable working with data and customer systems
