About the role

We’re looking for an Instructional Media Designer to join our Product Education Team at BGL Corporate Solutions. In this role, you’ll combine multimedia design with sound learning principles to create digital training experiences that are clear, engaging, and effective. You’ll work closely with Product Education Specialists to design resources that help BGL users get the most out of our products, from interactive e-learning modules to supporting visual assets.

What you’ll be doing

Create high-quality multimedia content, including video, motion graphics, animations, and illustrations in alignment with BGL brand guidelines.

Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using tools like iSpring or Articulate 360, and manage content within the LMS.

Maintain and enhance the on-demand learning catalogue, ensuring courses are up-to-date, accurate, and effective.

Produce supporting visual and audio assets, such as slide decks, infographics, voiceovers, and music, to complement training materials.

Collaborate with Product Education Specialists to ensure all content meets instructional goals, user needs, and product requirements.

What we’re looking for

Proficiency in motion design, including storyboarding, style frame creation and animation.

Skills in sound design, including voiceover generation, music selection, and channel mixing.

Strong illustration and graphic design abilities across web and print.

Experience with course authoring tools such as iSpring and/or Articulate 360.

Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Camtasia.

Familiarity with managing and updating LMS content.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently, with strong initiative and planning skills.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS (advantageous).
