About Us

Ritemate Australia is a leading supplier of workwear and apparel with a strong focus on quality, service, and teamwork. We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Team Member (Pick Packer / Replenisher) to join our Meadowbrook warehouse and help keep stock moving efficiently.

The Role

This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and replenishing stock to meet daily warehouse targets, while keeping safety and attention to detail front of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders.

Replenish stock to shelves with correct rotation and labelling.

Assist in unloading containers and putting stock away.

Follow “Ways of Working” and safe work practices.

Maintain clean and tidy warehouse areas.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve KPIs.

Hours & Pay

Shifts: 6am–3pm or 7am–4pm (with 1-hour lunchbreak).

Days: Monday to Friday, up to 38 hours per week.

Flexibility: Potential to adjust hours or days for the right candidate.

Employment type: Casual.

Rate: $33.21 per hour (casual rate).

Previous warehouse or pick pack experience desirable but not essential.
