Position Overview

As a Casual Warehouse Pick-Packer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate, efficient order fulfilment and the smooth running of our warehouse. You will pick, pack and prepare shipments, restock packing supplies, maintain cleanliness, and report daily on your output. This is a casual role, ideal for someone flexible and reliable who can be called in at short notice and who is available for our peak mid-to-end November sale period.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

Accurately pick and pack customer orders with care and speed (minimum 35 orders/hour; 40/hour during sale periods).

Prepare product bundles (6-pack, Ultimate, AM/PM sets, singles, etc.).

Organise and label shipments, coordinate with carriers and Starshipit for timely dispatch.

Report daily packing numbers and time achieved to the Operations Manager.

Packing & Supplies

Make and restock all box types.

Refill packing shelves for the next day.

Check and advise on stationery needs (tape, labels, satchels, stickers, etc.).

Check and advise Kristy on general supplies (toilet cleaner, bin bags, wipes, paper towel, Windex, toilet paper, etc.).

Inventory & Systems

Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks.

Update Shopify orders and returns; use Starshipit for label printing and tracking.

Ensure products are correctly stored and organised.

Safety & Organisation

Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse.

Follow all WHS and company safety protocols.

Teamwide Additional Duties

All warehouse team members contribute to broader housekeeping tasks as required.

This may include emptying bins, sweeping and vacuuming packing areas, mopping kitchen/bathrooms, wiping down benches and appliances, replacing tea towels/dish cloths, and general tidying to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Skills & Experience

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential.

Basic Shopify or e-commerce experience is a plus.

Familiarity with Starshipit or similar shipping software is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet required packing speed.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Details
