At Enaeline Support Services, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for values-driven Disability Support Workers and Youth Support Workers to join our passionate team across Perth.

We believe in creating safe, nurturing, and empowering environments for people of all ages – from children and young people in Out of Home Care (OOHC), to individuals living with disability seeking to build independence and community connection.

About the Roles

As a Support Worker, you will:

Provide personal care, daily living assistance, and skill development.

Facilitate social, recreational, and cultural connections.

Support young people who have experienced trauma to rebuild trust, stability, and belonging.

Deliver care that respects individual choice, independence, and cultural identity – including upholding the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement Principle.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex needs calmly.

Requirements

Current Working with Children Check (WA) and National Police Clearance.

First Aid & CPR.

NDIS Worker Screening & Orientation.

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Certificate III in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent (desirable)
