Thursday: 8am–12pm

Friday: 8am–1pm

Saturday evening (flexible start – approx. 5pm–late)

About Us
Nosferatu Distillery is a café and gin distillery by day, bar by night. We serve top-notch coffee, bold cocktails, and warm hospitality in a beautifully designed venue in Bowen Hills. Our team is small, sharp, and serious about good drinks and good times.

The Role
We’re on the hunt for a reliable, people-loving all-rounder to join our crew. The role is split across two parts:

Weekday Café Shift (Thursday & Friday mornings): Serving customers, making coffees, general café duties.

Saturday Night Floor Support: Collecting glasses, delivering food, wiping tables, and chatting with guests.

You'll be a self-starter who can run a café counter solo in the mornings and fit smoothly into a tight-knit hospitality team on Saturday nights. You’ll also need to keep cool under pressure, handle yourself professionally, and make people feel welcome.

What We're Looking For

Someone friendly, dependable, and able to work independently.

Someone who gets the vibe – and contributes to it.

Barista experience.

RSA is a plus. But attitude matters most.

We Prefer One Person for All Three Shifts – But We’ll Consider Two

Ideally, you’ll cover all three shifts. But if you’re only available for Thursday/Friday or Saturday night, still apply – we may split the role.
