Barista – Cenzo’s Café & Pizzeria

About the Role

Cenzo’s Café & Pizzeria is looking for a skilled and reliable Barista to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for opening the café each day, preparing and serving consistently excellent coffee, and assisting with a variety of daily café and pizzeria operations.

This is a 5-day-per-week position, and weekend availability is essential. We’re looking for someone energetic, dependable, and experienced in fast-paced environments who enjoys creating a welcoming and positive experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Opening the café and preparing for daily service

Making high-quality coffee and beverages consistently

Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude

Assisting with food preparation, pizza service, and other café tasks

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in all work areas

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment

Confidence operating the coffee machine and producing consistent coffee

Latte art skills highly regarded

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques

Available 5 days per week, including weekends

Reliability to open the café on rostered days

Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
