🎓 Essential Qualifications

Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)

Current Blue card valid for paid work

First Aid Certificate (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)

🧠 Essential Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Ability to plan, deliver and reflect on high-quality educational programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in observing and documenting children’s development

A team player who contributes to an inclusive and respectful workplace

💡 Desirable Experience

Experience working in early childhood settings

Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations

Commitment to inclusive practices for children of all abilities and backgrounds

Comfortable using tech platforms for documentation and communication

Ongoing commitment to professional learning and development
