We are a busy Japanese Restaurant located opposite the beach in Coolangatta.

About the Role

We are seeking a cook/chef with a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role preparing hot dishes including prep work, stir frying, deep frying, creating rice bowls, noodle dishes and salads.

This is a hands-on cooking role working closely with the existing chefs and cooks to produce high quality Japanese cuisine.

We are open 7 days per week and our rosters include week days, weekends and public holidays.

Whilst this is advertised as a casual position a full time position is available to the correct candidate.
