We are seeking talented chefs and kitchenhands to join our dynamic team at Coast Roast Cairns Central. As a Full Time and Casual Chef or Casual Kitchenhand, you will be an integral part of our thriving hospitality business in the heart of Cairns.

Key responsibilities

Preparing high-quality, fresh meals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Ensuring all food preparation and serving activities are completed to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation

Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient kitchen operations

Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management as required

Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture

Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Coast Roast brand

What we're looking for

Relevant experience as a chef or kitchenhand in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
