Responsibilities

Deliver fast and efficient service, ensuring guest's expectations are constantly exceeded.

Strong knowledge of bar work including bar set-ups and pack down, cocktail, spirits and other beverages on offer.

Perform all tasks including mise en place, cleaning, set-ups, packed down and other general service requirements.

To ensure that all tasks set are completed in the time allocated and to the standard set by the hotel.

Ensure bars are immaculately clean and tidy at all times.

To be knowledgeable and aware of all services offered at the hotel.

Organisational Relationship

Reporting directly to the Bar Manager (HENNESSY).

Work closely with Food & Beverage and Culinary team and the F&B Manager.

What we need from you

Hospitality experience in bar operations.

Should possess in depth knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.

Must hold a current RSA. Approved Managers Card beneficial.

Previous experience and knowledge of H&L POS will be advantageous.

Positive and constructive contribution to the hotels’ culture, demonstrating an ability to create a cohesive work environment through positive reinforcement of the expectations of the Bar Manager and management.

Must be able to work nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
