An exciting opportunity to join our team!

The award-winning Peninsula Hotel is currently seeking Casual Floor Staff & Bartenders for both our Bar and Bottle Shop. You will have a passion for people, whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and hospitality at our busy hotel.

This hands-on role will include, but not be limited to, the following duties:

Floor shifts and all aspects of service including bar, food and barista work

Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Assist with the coordination of promotions, functions, hallmark days and special events

We are looking for someone who has/is:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in F&B is essential

Current RSA qualifications

Energetic, motivated and passionate about food and customer service

Effective communication skills, a "can-do" attitude

20+ hours per week on offer

Must be available over a 7 Day Roster
