About the Role

Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role on the grill during peak service, maintaining high food standards while helping lead and support the team during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy commercial kitchen

Proven experience on the grill section – steaks, burgers, and proteins

Works well under pressure and keeps cool in a fast-paced service

Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality produce

A true team player with a positive attitude

Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to your craft
