About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to provide high quality psychiatric services as part of the Queensland Eating Disorder Service (QuEDS), a state-wide service hosted within Metro North Mental Health. The position will have governance and overarching clinical responsibility for the assessment, treatment, and care of people with eating disorders, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based and recovery-focused services.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide clinical leadership and governance for eating disorder services within QuEDS, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment for consumers with eating disorders, including those with complex comorbidities.
• Support the development, review, and implementation of statewide eating disorder clinical guidelines and service models.
