About the company:
My client is a highly regarded Victorian Civil contractor that specialises in civil projects to $10m. They have excellent relationships working for major tier 1 & 2 infrastructure contractors and commercial builders, developers and councils with most of their work through repeat clients. Due to continual growth, they’re now looking to add an experienced supervisor to their team.

About the role:
Reporting into the Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following:

• Ensure all aspects of the projects are running efficiently and on time through to completion
• Scheduling and coordinating work for onsite team
• Management of job site OH&S requirements
• Site supervising on site crews

About you:
To be successful you’ll ideally have the following experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisor/ foreman role
• Previous supervisory experience delivering civil projects to $5m
• Experience delivering external civil works packages includes carpark construction, road construction, asphalt and paving
• Experience machine operator and able to jump on a machine when/if needed
• Experience in managing sub contractors
