About the Role

Our client is an established NDIS provider seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support clients with complex needs in their homes and community settings.
This is a part-time position (3 days per week): Wednesday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm.

You will work alongside a compassionate team to deliver personalised care and empower clients to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing support to NDIS participants with complex care requirements

Safely manage PEG feeding and hoist transfers

Collaborate with support workers, families, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes

Maintain accurate care plans and clinical documentation

Uphold the highest standards of person-centred care and safety

About You

To be considered, you must have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Recent, solid experience in community care working with clients with disabilities under NDIS care packages

Proven skills in PEG feeding and hoist training with complex cases

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

Please note: Applicants without NDIS community care experience will not be considered.
