As a Program Officer, you will:

Plan, implement, and evaluate group and individual programs aligned with NDIS goals

Create digital calendars, timetables, and resources using Microsoft Office and other tools

Provide guidance and mentoring to support workers and assist with rostering/inductions

Act as a point of contact for participants, families, and carers

Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation using Client Management System software

Represent the organisation at community events and develop positive stakeholder relationships
