Ready to rock this job? Here's what you'll be doing:

• Assist with daily routines such medication administration, meal preparation, domestic chores, personal care, running everyday errands and fun activities etc
• Help young people conquer challenges - from homework to healthy habits
• Be a trusted support for all our participants - provide transportation and facilitate meaningful connections with families
• Keep detailed records - be the record-keeping hero we need ‍

We're looking for someone who's got the right stuff:

• Relevant qualifications such as Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, or similar
• Disability Support workers need a Cert III as a minimum
• Experience managing challenging behaviours - because you're a pro!
• Essential checks and qualifications (don't worry, we can help you with these!)
• Manual handling
• A valid driver's license and a car that's ready to roll
• (Bonus points!) TCI training - you'll be unstoppable
