About the Opportunity

Blooming People is proud to represent a boutique consulting agency specialising in Defence transformation projects. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Consultant to support the Department of Defence’s ERP program within CASG’s Commercial Division.

This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Australia’s most significant ERP transformation programs, driving process improvement, digital enablement, and business readiness across the Procure to Pay value chain in SAP S/4HANA.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Deliver high-quality business analysis services that align Defence requirements with operational and system processes.

Analyse, prepare, and validate requirements with solution design, testing, and ERP/S4HANA implementation.

Develop artefacts and process maps to articulate current and future state business processes.

Provide technical expertise for data migration, reconciliation, and the Procure to Pay business solution.

Lead and support stakeholder workshops, manage UAT/PVT activities, and champion process improvement.

Work with cross-functional project teams, SMEs, and Defence stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of new processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For

We want to hear from you if you bring:

4+ years’ experience delivering business analysis in complex IT and/or Defence environments.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Certification or practical knowledge in Agile, BABOK, IIBA, or Six Sigma.

Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Existing Baseline security clearance (essential); NV1 clearance preferred.
