The role
Own end-to-end creation of short-form content and Instagram Lives: ideate hooks, present confidently on camera, shoot, edit and deliver content. You’ll batch produce on site ~2 days per week (casual).

What you’ll do

Plan and host Instagram Lives; clip highlights for Reels/Stories

Ideate hooks, draft light scripts and front the camera

Film product demos, tips, behind-the-scenes and UGC-style content

Edit for platform nuances (captions, cuts, aspect ratios, thumbnails)

Batch-produce to a content calendar; name/file assets neatly

Track basics (views, retention, saves) and iterate

About you

You love being on camera: high-energy, clear communicator, happy to try bold ideas, not afraid to make mistakes

Can shoot + edit solo (CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci)

Strong feel for hooks and first-3-seconds retention

Organised

Bonus: basic lighting/audio skills; UGC/ad-creative experience

Hours, pay & setup

Casual: approx. 2 days/week (rostered with some flexibility; extra hours possible around launches)

Location: Moorabbin, VIC (on-site shoot days); remote editing optional
