Role:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, adhering to platform best practices and development standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions across various Salesforce Clouds.
• Drive Salesforce application architecture, custom development, data modeling, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Support DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices.

You will have:

• 4-6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including enterprise-level implementations.
• Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Dev I required or advanced certs).
• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with data modeling, bulk data loads, and Salesforce security model.
• Experience with Git, Gearset/Copado, and CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, Jenkins).
• Strong testing, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and Agile/Scrum experience.
