About the Role

This role is based at our Annerley clinic, where you’ll coordinate operations and provide administrative support for both of our clinic locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Clinic communications – phone, email, and welcoming clients at front of house

Daily operations – managing clinic flow and supporting team operations

Calendar management – optimising bookings and reducing downtime

Client retention – following up with lapsed clients and assisting team members with treatment plan bookings

Compliance support – assisting with documentation and clinic standards

Clinic presentation – maintaining a clean, professional environment

About You

You’re a detail-oriented organiser with a warm, professional presence and a genuine desire to help others.

You’ll need:

At least 12 months experience in a clinic coordinator or administrative role (ideally in skin, medical, or aesthetics)

Confidence using booking systems (such as Timely) and managing a busy calendar

Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach

A team player attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

Bonus points for:

A background in skin, beauty therapy, or healthcare

Knowledge of compliance in the medical aesthetics industry

An interest in skin health

Available to work alternating Saturdays
