Shift times: Weekdays only, must have availability to work up to 38 hours per week; 9am - 5pm

About the role:
As a Supply Growth Specialist, you will support the objective of growing and sustaining our earner base. This includes earner and performance analytics, leading to the delivery growth campaigns and measuring impact on supply health. The role requires strong analytical capability, with SQL a must, as you’ll be hands-on with data to measure impact and drive improvements across supply health.

Responsibilities and tasks:
- Analysis of our Driver Partner base to identify trends and opportunities for supply growth efforts. SQL skills will be required to dive deep into insights.
- Executing growth campaigns to build driver-partner supply across Australia and New Zealand. This includes adopting new tools and managing end-to-end campaign execution.
- Report on key performance metrics and generate insights for the Driver Partner team. This includes reviewing weekly and monthly metrics to be shared at leadership forums.

Requirements:
- Analytical mindset - comfort with excel and other analytics tools, including SQL
- Previous project management experience
- Previous experience with building stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at using Google Drive
- Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Can work autonomously
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and remain accountable
