We are currently seeking a Licensed Property Manager to join our experienced, service focussed, independent agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and communication skills, a strong understanding of trust accountancy procedures, and a knowledgeable understanding of current property management legislation and processes.

Responsibilities:

Trust receipting and disbursement processes.

Routine inspection processes and reporting.

Maintenance - ensuring prompt liaison with designated trades and owners to ensure prompt and viable solutions.

Ongoing communication with landlords to ensure that satisfactory outcomes are achieved in a timely fashion.

Effective communication and interaction within the management team to ensure that satisfactory service levels are upheld at all times for our landlords, tenants and trades.

Rental appraisals & lease renewal negotiation with landlords.

Requirements & Benefits:

Current Queensland real estate licence.

Drivers licence.

Proven experience in property management.

Strong understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Knowledge of the Console Cloud management program.

Full time role (37.5 hours per week).
