💼 Senior HFM Consultant – Financial Close Transformation

Are you an experienced Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) consultant ready to take your career to the next level?

We’re growing our Financial Close Consulting team and looking for a seasoned professional who can help large corporations transform their statutory and tax reporting processes using HFM and related technologies.

🔍 About the Role

As a Senior Consultant – Financial Close (HFM), you’ll:

Lead and deliver end-to-end HFM implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.

Work with clients to streamline financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.

Translate complex business requirements into robust HFM configurations and automated workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, tax, and IT to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to solution design and delivery excellence.

📍 Location & Flexibility

This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney (preferred), with flexible working arrangements available. Whether you prefer working remotely, hybrid, or in-office, we’ll support what works best for you and the team.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) implementations and support.

Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and statutory reporting processes.

Strong technical skills for writing HFM rules is a must.

Experience in large organizations with complex management and ownership structures and / or muilti-currency.

Ability to lead client engagements and manage stakeholders effectively.

Exposure to Oracle FCCS and OneStream would be a plus

Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems with technology.
