Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a well-cared-for residential portfolio end-to-end with autonomy
• Build lasting relationships with high-calibre landlords and tenants
• Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, lease negotiations, and compliance checks
• Oversee maintenance coordination and ensure smooth resolutions
• Prepare bonds, claims, and represent clients at NCAT (if required)
• Stay up to date with the latest legislation and local market conditions
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team to maintain service excellence

You Will Need:

• 3+ years of experience managing residential property portfolios at a senior level
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence essential
• A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
• Polished presentation and professional communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
• A motivated, proactive attitude and team spirit
