Carpenter – Central Coast (NSW)

We’re seeking a skilled Carpenter to join a prestige home building team based on the Central Coast. If you pride yourself on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering high‑quality work, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform all aspects of carpentry on custom home builds: framing, formwork, structural timber work, finishing (trim, mouldings, cabinetry), etc.
• Work from plans and specifications to interpret and deliver precise results.
• Collaborate with other trades, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Oversee two Apprentices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, especially in high‑end / custom residential building.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and plans.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to superior finish work.
• Good communication skills; able to work well within a team and take direction.
• Reliable, punctual, with strong work ethic.
• Relevant qualifications/licences (carpentry trade certificate, working at heights, white card, etc.).
• Driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
• Ability to stay on job sites alone without supervision
