Seeking a Power Automate Developer for a 2 month contract for a large NSW Government agency to monitoring shared mailboxes to trigger automated actions (e.g., creating DevOps tasks, sending custom emails), orchestrate Microsoft Forms submissions into workflows, and synchronizing data between Azure DevOps and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced workflows in Power Automate across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Develop and maintain Excel automation using VBA to reduce manual work and integrate with external systems.
• Connect platforms (Outlook, Forms, Excel, Azure DevOps, Power BI) for seamless data flow.
• Build simple Power BI dashboards and link them with automated processes.
• Document your work clearly for both technical and non-technical users.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide training or support.
• Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities for automation.

Requirements

• Expert in Power Automate – you know how to design, test, and maintain complex flows.
• Expert in VBA development – you can write robust, user-friendly automation in Excel.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Azure ecosystems.
• Foundational Power BI skills – enough to build and maintain useful dashboards.
