We are a growing allied health practice in Cairns, passionate about providing high-quality, client-centred therapy to children, young people, and adults. We are seeking a motivated and flexible Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist (Contractor) to join our supportive team.

About the Role

Contractor position – flexible hours to suit your availability.

Work with a diverse caseload (paediatrics, neurodevelopmental, disability, or adult rehab depending on your expertise).

Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy in clinic, school, home, or community settings.

Collaborate with families, support workers, and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Autonomy to manage your caseload, with administrative support provided.

About You

Qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA/SPA registration.

ABN and professional indemnity insurance (contractor status).

NDIS worker screening and WWCC/Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about helping people build skills, independence, and confidence.
