About the role

We are looking for a Chef with previous Fine Dining experience to join our team in delivering an exceptional and innovative fine-dining experience, highlighting seasonal produce from our regenerative garden farm, and perfectly complementing our award-winning wines.

Successful candidates will have experience in hatted or Michelin-starred establishments, a deep knowledge of produce, and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen. You will be a team player, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence and mastering every detail, and will be provided with ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Experience in fine-dining venues and tasting menu concepts
