Job Title: Administrator – Migration and Recruitment Company

About Us
At A Plus Agency we are a dynamic migration and Recruitment firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of Australia’s migration system. Our team prides itself on delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to our clients. We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our growing team.

The Role
As our Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the firm. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, assisting migration agents, Managing director and other senior managers and with administrative tasks, and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional manner

Maintain accurate client records and case files (digital and physical)

Assist with preparing and lodging visa applications and related documentation

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for migration agents/lawyers

Draft correspondence and assist with client communications as required

Support the team with billing, invoicing, and general office administration

Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements

Requirements

About You

Previous experience in administration, preferably in a law firm, migration agency, or professional services environment

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems (experience with Migration Manager or similar software is an advantage)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Knowledge of migration processes (desirable but not essential – training provided)

Knowledge in Skills Assessment
