We’re a boutique private lender specialising in residential construction and property development finance. We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Associate to join us in the office.

The Role

Generating new leads and building broker relationships

Checking the quality of scenarios & Information gathering

Preparing and presenting scenarios correctly and professionally

Daily planning and debriefs

Supporting the business development manager with deal flow

What We’re Looking For

Strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English

Confident with basic maths (percentages)

Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven

Organised with decent computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM basics)

Hungry to learn and grow — mortgage/finance knowledge is a bonus but not essential

What You’ll Get

$180 per day (10am – 4pm)
