I am currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join my private practice (Psych Sydney, Mona Vale) under a generous 70/30 fee split. This position is ideal for someone who wants a high autonomy role with the freedom of independent work, without the burden of setting up their own private practice.

The role offers the opportunity to work under your own ABN, manage your own schedule, and shape your clinical work in a way that suits your preferences. While referrals, rooms, and practice infrastructure are provided, this is a self-managed role, and the clinician will be responsible for their own administrative duties, including billing and note keeping.

What’s provided:

· Generous 70/30 split (you retain 70%). This is based on the charge out rate of $270/hour to clients, and you retaining 70% of that (i.e $189/hour).

· The room is available Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays (ideally I am looking for someone who can commit to 1–2 days)

· Fully furnished rooms in a central location in Mona Vale, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

· Stream of referrals (with the expectation that you would also bring in your own referrals)
